Overall I thought this book was worth the money. I bought it used which wasn't a bad price. The author is very thorough and quotes often from different people and sources to try to back up each of his points. However, this also caused the book to be a slow read in my opinion. I think the number of quotes cited could have been scaled down quite a bit and his point still made. He didn't really start getting into the differing positions/theories on the length of days of Genesis 1 & 2 until Chapter 8 (pg. 181). Some of the prior material was worthwhile, but the author took way too long getting into the heart of the material. However, I think this book is an excellent reference source for future use and citations. The author is dogmatic about what he believes is the true/correct interpretation of the length of days in Genesis 1 & 2 (literal 24 hr days). The author I believe is affiliated with the Church of Christ and writes or used to write for Apologetics Press. From other writings and videos I read/watched from the Church of Christ they are dogamtic about certain positions they believe others are in error about (i.e. use of musical instruments in worship, baptism necessary for salvation, premillenialism, etc.)
